President’s Message

Helping you build your good name and protecting it is what we do. 

It started in 2005, when my now partner and I were discussing the significant growth and impact identity theft was having on Canadians.  With some initial research, we found that there were very few effective solutions available; especially for those institutions wanting to be stewards while adding value for their customers, members, and employees. 

Since then, we have been privileged to work with some of the most prestigious organizations in Canada. Through white-label branding, we were able to design the solution as the organization’s own, reflecting their market’s specific needs.   

And we’ve learned from our clients.  In addition to our identity theft protection program, we have developed additional solutions that include credit management tools.  By managing their credit reports and credit scores more diligently, customers can have more control over the outcome of interest rates on credit cards, loans, and mortgages.  So in addition to protecting your good name, we also help you build it.

As President of idAlerts, I strive to be motivated by customer satisfaction through an obsession with quality and responsiveness. I’m very excited about the future and our ability to make a difference for Canadians.
